Welcome to the very first edition of “The Excellence Report” your monthly source of faith, empowerment, and community impact! This newsletter is designed to uplift, inform, and inspire as we walk boldly in purpose and excellence.
This month, our theme is Time to Crossover! Just as Joshua led the Israelites into the
Promised Land, this is our season to leave behind fear, doubt, and limitations to step into the blessings God has prepared for us. No matter what obstacles you’ve faced, know that your breakthrough is near this is your setup for a comeback!

The concept of a "Crossover" season refers to that unique period in life when individuals find themselves transitioning between different phases, roles, or identities. This transformative time can be both exhilarating and daunting, as it often involves stepping out of one’s comfort zone and embracing change. To fully embrace your Crossover season, it is essential to adopt a proactive mindset, cultivate resilience, and seek growth opportunities. Here are several strategies to help you navigate this pivotal time more effectively.
Acknowledge Your Feelings
During a Crossover season, it is common to experience a myriad of emotions, ranging from excitement and hope to anxiety and uncertainty. Acknowledging these feelings is the first step towards embracing this transition. Allow yourself to feel and express these emotions without judgment. Journaling can be an effective tool for processing your thoughts and emotions. Write down your fears, aspirations, and experiences to gain clarity and insight into your journey.

On March 23, 2024, Apostle Dr. Faith Walters participated in a special community event honoring women authors.

My mission is to transform these experiences for current and future generations by collaborating with parents to tackle their traumas, which influence their self-acceptance and love, thereby affecting their children. Sister Georgie enables me to utilize drama, music, and storytelling to assist parents in changing for the betterment of their children.

The Essence Of Faith
Faith transcends mere belief, embodying trust, hope, and conviction in something greater. It signifies an unwavering belief in a higher power or guiding principles, even amidst uncertainty.
Beyond religion, faith appears in personal relationships, aspirations, and societal values, inspiring perseverance through challenges. It provides comfort and purpose, fostering resilience and optimism.
Faith catalyzes positive change, motivating individuals to strive for personal and communal goals. It nurtures connection and belonging, creating strong bonds and community support.

A Call to Salvation - Step into Eternal Life
Crossing over isn’t just about stepping into new opportunities. It’s about stepping into eternal life with Jesus Christ. If you have never made the decision to accept Him as your Lord and Savior, today is the perfect time.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16-17 (NKJV)
Jesus is calling you to come as you are. He loves you, He died for you and He rose again so that you could have new life, peace and a future filled with hope. If you are ready to surrender your life to Him, pray this simple prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again so that I may have eternal life. I invite You into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Guide me, strengthen me, and help me to walk in Your will. In Jesus name! Amen.”
